1) Returns are accepted on products that are unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase.
2) All sales are final unless the product is defective. Defective products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
3) If you purchase a product online and wish to return it, you are responsible for all related shipping charges.
4) Please be mindful of your skin sensitivity. Known ingredients such as Retinol or Glycolic Acid may cause allergic reactions to sensitive skin. We are unable to accept returns due to product incompatibility.
5) If you purchase a package online, please be aware that packages expire two years from their date of issue. We are unable to refund any portion of an unused package after its expiration date.
