West Michigan Dermatology, May 2020, update regarding COVID-19.

It is our desire to make our facilities as safe as possible during this time for both our patients and our staff.

If you can answer YES To ANY of the following questions, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER.

Do you have, or have you had a fever in the last 24 hours?  Do you have any symptoms of a cold, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath?  In the last 2 weeks, have you been exposed to someone known to have COVID-19?  A known exposure to it? Or being tested for it?

Current COVID-19 Safety Policies for West Michigan Dermatology are as follows:
1 – If you have a symptoms of a cold, cough or shortness of breath or have had a fever above 100.3 in the last 72 hours please contact the   office to reschedule your appointment.
2 – All entrants to our facilities must wear a mask, scarf or bandana over their mouth and nose until further notice.
3 – ONLY the patient will be allowed to enter the building (unless accompanying a minor child).
4 – If you are over the age 80 please carefully consider your risk factors and the reason for your visit prior to keeping your appointment.
5 – All patients will be required to answer screening questions and have their temperature taken upon arrival.
