- These specials are not valid on previously purchased products or services.
- Marketplace prices from sellers such as Groupon or LivingSocial will not be honored.
- Packages cannot be “split up.” You must purchase the package as it is offered.
- Packages are valid for two years from the date of purchase.
- No returns or on any purchased packages. No refunds on partially used packages. (In extreme situations such as a severe allergic reaction, we may apply the unused portion of the package towards an alternate package of your choice.)
- Returns accepted on your unopened and unused products in store only within 30 days of purchase. No exceptions.
- If your treatments are interrupted due to closures for reasons which are beyond our control, we will resume those treatments once we are re-open. You will not be out any treatment sessions, but please keep in mind that we will offer no additional discounts or free treatments.
- Patient understands that results are not guaranteed and that they vary by the individual.
